How to prepare for ERP implementation without disrupting production

TwentyCore Implementation Team
Implementation

A practical rollout path for factories that need to keep shipping while introducing new CRM, finance, warehouse, and production workflows.

Start with the workflows that already cause pain

ERP rollout should not start with every module at once. Start where the current process creates rework, missed orders, unreliable stock, delayed invoices, or poor quality visibility.

Recommended rollout order

  • Set up users, roles, company profile, product/customer/supplier masters, and finance basics.
  • Run CRM to sales order and invoice/payment workflow in a UAT tenant.
  • Add procurement, receiving, inventory, and warehouse movement controls.
  • Add production planning, work orders, and quality checks once master data is stable.
  • Run destructive UAT in a disposable tenant before production go-live.
