What do the RM79–RM149 entry plans include?

Accepted Answer

They're real, fully-working plans — Accounting Lite (RM79) runs full books with LHDN e-Invoice, and F&B Lite (RM99) runs POS, inventory, and finance for a single outlet. You only move up the ladder when you genuinely outgrow the tier (more users, outlets, or depth), and when you do, it's the same login and the same data — nothing to re-import or re-implement.

If I start small, will I have to migrate to a new system as I grow?

No — that’s the whole point. Every entry plan runs on the same TwentyCore platform as the full Business OS and Manufacturing OS. Moving up a tier is a setting change, not a switch: you keep your customers, history, invoices, and team. You never re-onboard or re-platform.

Why do industry pages show industry-native package names?

The base plans are consistent everywhere. Industry pages rename the relevant bundle in the buyer language, for example F&B Operations OS equals Business OS plus the F&B Pack.

Can a manufacturer start below Manufacturing OS?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CRM + Invoicing covers CRM, quoting, customers and invoicing; Business OS adds purchasing, inventory and warehouse. Manufacturing OS is required when MRP, production scheduling, QC, costing, traceability, or maintenance become load-bearing.

Are LHDN e-Invoice submissions included?

Accepted Answer

Every plan includes LHDN MyInvois e-Invoice (UBL 2.1) generation, validation, and draft/list workflows at no extra cost. You connect your own MyInvois credentials. Production submit to LHDN stays pending until your tenant has a signing certificate — we do not show a green tick for a filing that did not happen.

How do AI credits work — and what do they cost?

Every plan includes a monthly AI credit allowance (shown on each plan card). One credit covers one standard AI action — asking the copilot a question, generating a report, or explaining an anomaly; document extraction uses 2 credits, and an answer served by the advanced model (complex analysis and planning) uses 3, because they cost more to run. If you run out, everything else keeps working — only AI features pause until the month resets, or you can top up: 1,000 credits for RM99, 5,000 for RM399, or 20,000 for RM1,299. No surprise overage billing, ever.

Which AI features are on which plan?

Chat Copilot and the Data Clarity integrity scan are on every plan. Business OS and above add document extraction, the Close & Anomaly Copilot that runs month-end with you, and the human-approved write-back inbox (on the accounting ladder, Accounting Growth adds document capture and Accounting Pro adds the write-back inbox). Nothing auto-posts on any plan: every AI write action waits in an approval inbox for a named person, and write-back stays off until your admin switches it on.
