Our Story
Born on the factory floor.
TwentyCore started when our team saw first-hand how much operational time was wasted on manual processes in Malaysian packaging factories. Working with industrial manufacturers in Selangor — companies supplying multinational flavour houses, chemical producers, and consumer brands — we saw the same problems repeated everywhere.
Invoicing done in Excel. Production tracked on whiteboards. Quality records in paper folders. Statutory compliance handled by panicked accountants every month-end. And when manufacturers tried to adopt ERP software, they found systems designed for Western markets that didn't understand EPF, SOCSO, or LHDN e-Invoice.
We built TwentyCore to solve all of this in one system. Not by adapting a generic platform, but by designing every module around the operational reality of ASEAN manufacturing — from blow moulding production orders to multi-currency procurement to real-time quality inspections on the shop floor.
Today, TwentyCore covers 25 business modules with 49 AI services, full Malaysian statutory compliance, and the depth required to run a modern packaging factory from one platform.
